I understand that various elements of Coillte's new sales regime have been introduced at different stages over the past year. The first element of the new regime commenced approximately 12 months ago with regular fortnightly auctions commencing on 5 December 1996. Other key elements have been introduced since then.
As these are operational matters appropriate to Coillte, can I suggest to the Deputy that he directs any further inquiries in this regard to the company directly.
