95 Mr. Ring asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food when a person (details supplied) in County Mayo will be paid his dairy hygiene grant in view of the fact that the he is a widower with four dependent children and any delays will cause financial hardship. [16168/97]

96 Mr. Ring asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food when a headage payment will re-issue to a person (details supplied) in County Mayo in a revised name in view of the fact that the delay is causing financial hardship. [16170/97]
The payment originally issued in the name of the deceased parent of the person named in the question. The Department has been in contact with the person named in this case. Payment cannot reissue to the person named until he furnishes grant of probate showing that he is entitled to payment of the grant.
