122 Mr. Noonan asked the Minister for Finance if the Central Bank is investigating possible breaches of exchange controls by persons who hold the bank accounts known as the Ansbacher Accounts; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [16779/97]

The Central Bank is investigating references to exchange controls in the Report of the Tribunal of Inquiry (Dunnes Payments) including references to the bank accounts known as the Ansbacher accounts.
