301 Mr. Ring asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform when a dealing in the Land Registry office will be completed for a person (details supplied) in County Mayo in view of the fact that the matter has been ongoing for some time. [17617/97]
I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that this dealing refers to an application for first registration. Queries were issued to the lodging solicitor on 23 October 1997 and replies are awaited. The matter cannot proceed further until the queries raised are satisfactorily discharged.
