72 Mr. Higgins (Dublin West) asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment the amount Shannon Free Airport Development company received from the sale of Kincora apartments in Shannon town centre; and the restrictions, if any, which were placed in the contract of sale relating to the future use of the Kincora apartments in Shannon. The sale involved is an operational issue for Shannon Development under its overall statutory remit and is one in which the Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment has no direct function.
