Ceist:237 Mr. Ring asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food when a person (details supplied) in County Mayo will be approved for inclusion in the REP scheme in view of the fact that he submitted his application to the Teagasc office in Claremorris in July 1995 and the delay has caused extreme financial hardship.
