254 Mr. Ring asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform the name of the registered owners and relevant folio numbers of seven folios and the seven registered owners of an area (details supplied) in County Mayo in view of the fact that as an elected Member of Dáil Éireann this information should be provided to Deputy Ring free of charge, on request. The position is that information as sought by the Deputy in relation to any individual land registration is obtainable by inspection of the Land Register. The fees payable for such service are provided for on foot of statutory powers set out in section 14(1) of the Registration of Title Act, 1964.
