68 Mr. Deasy asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform the conditions, if any, there are for a reduction in the fee when applying for naturalisation or citizenship for other EU nationals whose means are limited. [20961/97]

The fee to be paid by an applicant on the issue of a certificate of naturalisation may be reduced or waived as prescribed by the Irish Nationality and Citizenship Regulations, 1956 to 1996.
