324 Dr. Upton asked the Minister for Tourism, Sport and Recreation if money will be made available from a drugs task force to fund a full-time secretarial service and extension workers to promote the community games as part of the programme to combat drug abuse; if his attention has been drawn to the enormous difficulties the community games organisation is facing with voluntary staff and elected committees endeavouring to involve young people from all 400 community areas in Dublin city and county where 1.5 million people reside.
