312 Mr. Ring asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform when a copy title will be furnished from the Land Registry office for a person (details supplied) in County Mayo in view of the fact that the registration of title was completed on 8 September 1997. [22894/97]
I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that a copy of the file plan requested was furnished to the applicant's solicitor on 12 December 1997.
313 Mr. Ring asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if he will give details of the registered owner of a parcel of land (details supplied) in view of the fact that a person's solicitors (details supplied) requested this information from the Land Registry office in April 1997 to no avail. [22895/97]
I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that there is no record of any application currently pending in respect of this folio. However, I understand that the Land Registry are assisting the applicant's solicitor in relation to the information requested.
