Ceist:208 Mr. Cosgrave asked the Minister for the Environment and Local Government if Lambay Island is in private ownership; if so, if he will enter into negotiations with the owners of the island in order to bring this into public ownership so as to provide an available tourist amenity and an opportunity for citizens to visit the island; the procedures, if any, Fingal County Council should adopt to commence proceedings to enable the Council to take the island in charge; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
