Ceist:

136 Mr. Sargent asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food if he will clarify details in relation to a development under the control of farmyard pollution scheme (details supplied). [5696/98]

I propose to take Question Nos. 134, 135 and 136 together.

The matters referred to by the Deputy have been the subject of two separate appeals to An Bord Pleanála. Following the outcome of these appeals my Department paid the grant in respect of the completed works and I am satisfied that these meet the conditions of the planning permission. The details in respect of the level of grant have been supplied to the Deputy by letter of 18 February 1998 from my office.
