151 Mr. J. O'Keeffe asked the Minister for Finance the concerns, if any, expressed by the United States of America authorities in relation to taxation regarding the operation of the passports for investment scheme in the context of discussions with officials; if so, the nature of these concerns; and if he will make a statement on the matter. I am not aware that any such concerns were expressed by the United States of America authorities in the context of discussions with officials from my Department or the Office of the Revenue Commissioners.
