Ceist:214 Mr. Higgins (Dublin West) asked the Minister for the Environment and Local Government if his attention has been drawn to the fact that Dublin Corporation is the only local authority participating in the International Council for Local Environmental Initiatives for Climate Protection Programme and that it has failed to submit an inventory of greenhouse gas emissions for its functional area and has not yet produced a strategy to reduce emissions relating to the ICLEI programme.
