216 Mr. Carey asked the Minister for the Environment and Local Government if his attention has been drawn to the fact that Clare County Council has completed all the preliminary engineering details for Kilkishen sewerage scheme; and whether this will allow the scheme to be brought forward in 1998 for contract or release.
