Ceist:121 Mr. Sargent asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food if charges have followed the reported detention of three men for questioning at Monaghan Garda station under section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act in August 1997, arising out of alleged criminal damage to an ear tag on a cow; and, if not, the reason in this regard.
