I am informed by the Land Registry that this application refers to an application under Section 49 (i.e. Acquisition of Title by virtue of long possession) of the Registration of Title Act, 1964, which was lodged on 20 August 1996 and was abandoned on 9 July 1997. The applicant was advised accordingly.
