52 Mr. Hogan asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment if she will intervene in an industrial dispute at a company (details supplied) in County Kilkenny in the interest of economic development and employment in the area; and if she will make a statement on the matter. The parties to the dispute referred to by the Deputy have been in discussions involving the Labour Relations Commission.

I understand that the dispute is at a sensitive stage. I trust that the Deputy will appreciate that further comment, or indeed intervention, would not be helpful at this point.
