Ceist:170 Mr. Ring asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform the reason a person (details supplied) in County Mayo is being deported; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [6838/98]
Written Answers. - Deportation Orders.
The person concerned is not the subject of a deportation order. He has permission to remain in the State until 30 June 1998. He was recently facilitated with a visa to allow him to travel from and return to the State.
