Written Answers. - Vessel Measurement.
The vessel in question was measured by my Department's marine survey office and the measurement was, following representations from the owner, rechecked and confirmed. The owner of the vessel has asked that the matter be considered further in light of information which he has provided. The matter is being examined and my Department will contact the person concerned shortly.
