103 Mr. Gormley asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform when a decision will be made on the visa status for a person (details supplied) in Dublin 2; and whether a favourable decision will be made in this regard. [10939/98]

The person concerned and her family have permission to remain in the State until 25 May 1998.

I am not aware of an application having been lodged for further permission to remain.
