Before I give the floor to Deputy Fitzgerald to ask her supplementary question, I want to take the opportunity to welcome to Dáil Éireann a delegation of members of parliament from the Rwandan Parliament who are in the Distinguished Visitors' Gallery. On my own behalf, and on behalf of the Members of Dáil Éireann, I extend to them a most sincere welcome to our country. I hope they will find their visit to Ireland to be interesting, successful and to our mutual benefit.
