Ceist:248 Mr. Aylward asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform the progress, if any, to date on the provision of a new Garda station in an area (details supplied) in County Kilkenny. [18169/98]
Written Answers - Garda Stations.
It is proposed to build a new Garda station at the location in question. The Office of Public Works has prepared a sketch scheme which has been approved by Garda management. It is not possible to say at this stage when work will commence as this is dependent on overall priorities and the availability of finance.
