106 Mr. G. Mitchell asked the Minister for Health and Children the average waiting time in the casualty departments of the main hospitals in the Dublin region for patients awaiting admission and patients seeking outpatient treatment; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [19031/98]

The information requested by the Deputy is not routinely collected by my Department. I have, however, asked the main hospitals in the Dublin region to forward this information to my Department as a matter of urgency. Once this information is received and collated I will write to the Deputy.
