Bruton asked the Minister for Health and Children if he has satisfied himself with the basis on which meals on wheels are supported, that is, 65p per meal, at a time when it is becoming more and more difficult to provide volunteers for this work; and if he will consider more comprehensive contract agreements with providers to allow these services to be coherently planned and delivered.
