386 Mr. Deasy asked the Minister for Finance if the completion of the sale of land at the rear of the Garda station, Tallow, County Waterford, to adjacent property owners as agreed will be expedited; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [21828/98]

The sale of one plot of land at the rear of Tallow Garda Station, County Waterford, to an adjoining owner was completed in December 1996.

The sale of a second plot to another adjoining owner will be completed in the near future.
