480 Mrs. Owen asked the Minister for Health and Children if he will provide personal assistants to persons (details supplied) in County Dublin on the basis of improving their quality of life and capacity to be more involved. [21935/98]
The making of arrangements for the provision of personal assistance services in individual cases is a matter for the relevant health board. Accordingly, I have referred the Deputy's question to the chief executive officer of the Eastern Health Board with a request that he examine this case as a matter of urgency and reply directly to the Deputy.
