107 Mr. Wall asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment if she will publish the report on her Department's employment action plan carried out by an economic consultant (details supplied); and if she will outline the report's criticism of the plan. [21140/98]
I understand that the Deputy refers to a report prepared by the named consultant who was engaged by the European Union Commission Direcorate General for Employment, Industrial Relations and Social Affairs. While I would be happy to see the report in the public domain, publication of the report and its findings are subject to contractual arrangement between the author and the EU Commission. It is not within my remit to publish reports prepared under contract for the EU Commission.
