I refer the Deputy to my response to Question No. 68 on 30 September 1998.
As the Deputy is aware, I have sought funding for a radon remediation grant scheme for households in the context of the 1999 Estimates. Pending the finalisation and publication of the Estimates for 1999, I cannot make a commitment about the availability of funding for a radon grant scheme in 1999.
