305 Mr. Lawlor asked the Minister for Education and Science if he will assist in the passing of the application for additional accommodation for St. Joseph's College, Lucan, County Dublin, which is currently at stage two of the process, having regard to the extreme urgency of the requirement for extra space. The stage 2 documentation — outline sketch scheme — for the proposed extension to St. Joseph's College, Lucan, County Dublin, is currently being examined in my Department's planning and building unit. This examination will be completed shortly and the school authorities will then be authorised to instruct their design team to undertake the stage 3 documentation. While it is not possible to say when construction will commence, every effort will be made to ensure the process is completed as quickly as possible.
