113 Mr. Gormley asked the Minister for Education and Science if he will report on the funding situation for Steiner schools in Ireland following the recent High Court hearing; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [24379/98]

Minister for Education and Science (Mr. Martin):

The matter referred to by the Deputy is currently the subject of High Court proceedings. In the circumstances, it would be inappropriate for me to make any comment pending the outcome.
