My officials have contacted County Kildare VEC, Kildare County Council, Dublin Corporation and City of Dublin VEC and I understand that no application has been received to date by any of these bodies from the student in question. I suggest that the student makes contact with the appropriate authority in order to complete an application form and have his eligibility-entitlement assessed under the relevant scheme.
