134 Mr. Finucane asked the Minister for the Marine and Natural Resources the reason a person (details supplied) did not receive a response to letters regarding his ferry company which had been assisted with both Leader and Forbairt funding and is now closed. [27022/98]

The delay in replying to the representations in question, which was due to administrative oversight, is very much regretted.

My Department, however, had no direct or indirect function in relation to the matter raised in the representations.
