Written Answers. - Water and Sewerage Schemes.
An extension of the Ballinasloe regional water supply scheme to serve the group water scheme in question is included in my Department's 1998 water and sewerage services investment programme to be advanced through planning, and contract documents have been submitted to my Department. Additional information in relation to aspects of the estimated cost of the scheme have been requested from Galway County Council and when this is received the proposal will be considered further.
