Ceist:323 Mrs. Owen asked the Minister for Health and Children the number of advertisements or notices seeking submissions, job applications and so on placed by his Department in any publication, either in Ireland or abroad; the nature of these advertisement or notices; the cost of each advertisement or notice; the name of the publication; and the sum expended by his Department on these activities from July 1997 to date.
