Ceist:369 Mr. Quinn asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if an application was received from a person (details supplied) in County Limerick in August 1998 for permission to remain in Ireland on humanitarian grounds; and when a decision will be given on this application in view of the fact the delay is causing anxiety to the person concerned.
