My Department was recently in correspondence with the organisation concerned seeking confirmation that it is operating in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation of Information (Services outside the State for Termination of Pregnancies) Act, 1995. The organisation has assured my Department that it is operating strictly within the law.
Any alleged or suspected breach of the Act would be a matter for investigation by the Garda Síochána and for prosecution by, or with the consent of, the Director of Public Prosecutions.
