Ceist:221 Mr. Stanton asked the Minister for Defence if, further to Parliamentary Question No. 29 of 11 November 1998, the military authorities have written to FCA applicants in the southern command who failed examinations on grounds of hearing in order to invite them to re-attend for a second hearing examination; the number of applicants invited to re-attend to date; the number of these who have taken up the invitation; the results in this regard; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
