Ceist:310 Mr. Broughan asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform the number of orders made under section 15(1)(d) of the Judicial Separation and Family Law Reform Act, 1989, for each year since the Act came into operation; the number of these orders in each case which extinguished the interest of the male spouse and the female spouse; and the number of these orders in each case which reduced the interest of the male spouse and the female spouse.
