149 Mr. Higgins (Dublin West) asked the Minister for the Environment and Local Government if he will provide a schedule of the lands for each of the years 1992 to 1998 for counties Galway, Wicklow and Fingal where consent has been given by him under the Local Government Act, 1946, or under any other Act to the local authority to acquire by agreement, whether by way of purchase, lease or exchange; and the details of conditions, if any, imposed by him. My Department has no knowledge of any application during the relevant period for consent to the acquisition of land under relevant provisions of the Local Government Act, 1946, or any other enactment.
