238 Mr. Ring asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food when a person (details supplied) in County Mayo will receive the remainder of 1998 sheep and cattle headage in view of the fact that details of her total forage area have been sorted. [9958/99]

239 Mr. Ring asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food when a person (details supplied) in County Mayo will receive 1998 sheep headage and ewe premium payments in view of the circumstances of his case and medical evidence submitted to the local office. [9959/99]

The medical certificate submitted on behalf of the applicant has been received by my Department. However, there are other outstanding problems to be resolved in relation to the land parcel details on the area aid application of this herdowner. The applicant has been written to in this connection. On receipt of a reply the matter will be re-examined.

240 Mr. Ring asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food when a person (details supplied) in County Mayo will receive 1998 cattle and sheep headage and premia. [9960/99]

The area aid application for the person concerned has been processed. However, the applicant had altered the pre-printed details on his application and the amended details were not supported with a map. A map has recently been received and processed. Payments will issue as soon as possible.

Ceist:

241 Mr. Ring asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food when a person (details supplied) in County Mayo will receive cattle headage, premia and extensification payments. [9961/99]

The area aid application for the person concerned has been processed. The applicant sought to include additional land on the application but this could not be facilitated as maps had not been received. My Department requested the person concerned to submit the relevant maps. The processing of these maps has now been completed but further difficulties have arisen. The areas declared by the applicant do not correspond with the areas contained in the maps. The maps were re-issued to the applicant and returned by him. They are currently being checked to ascertain if the matter can be resolved.
