Ceist:

360 Mr. Ring asked the Minister for Health and Children if he will liaise with the Eastern Health Board to ensure that a person (details supplied) in Dublin 8, suffering from cystic fibrosis, is approved assistance for a second home oxygen concentrator. [9950/99]

The provision of oxygen concentrators is a matter for the relevant health board. I have asked the chief executive officer of the Eastern Health Board to have this matter examined and to reply directly to the Deputy as soon as possible.
