396 Mr. Gormley asked the Minister for the Environment and Local Government if he has received a letter from Parnell Road residents group in relation to section 19B of the 1992 Planning Acts and section 11 of the new planning Bill; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [10000/99]

I have received a letter from the Parnell Road residents group on this matter, and a copy of the reply sent has been forwarded separately to the Deputy. A further letter on this subject has now been received from the group and will be answered shortly.
