Dún Laoghaire Rathdown County Council submitted an Environmental Impact Statement, EIS, for the proposed Church Road improvement scheme, Phase III, on 3 February 1999. The nominated inspector is currently examining the proposal and will report to me with his findings in due course. On receipt of the inspector's report I will consider the application with a view to a determination as soon as possible.
