530 Ms Shortall asked the Minister for Education and Science the plans, if any, he has regarding Gaelscoil Choláiste Mhuire, Dublin 1 in view of the fact that the school building is dilapidated and dangerous; the timescale for these refurbishment works to take place; and if he will make a statement on the matter. I have recently approved in principle the refurbishment of Gaelscoil Choláiste Mhuire, Dublin 1.
Officials of my Department's planning and building unit will be in contact with the school authorities shortly to progress the project.
531 Cecilia Keaveney asked the Minister for Education and Science the position in relation to building works which need to be carried out to Clonmany national school, County Donegal; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [9599/99]
My Department is currently assessing how the accommodation at Clonmany national school, County Donegal, can be improved. I will inform the Deputy of further developments.
