594 Mr. Penrose asked the Minister for Education and Science the position in relation to the application by Dysart national school, Mullingar, County Westmeath for remedial and refurbishment works to be carried out as quickly as possible; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [10066/99]

The situation as outlined in Question No. 408 dated 9 March 1999 remains unchanged.

When the assessment of enrolment trends has been completed, my Department will be in contact with the management of Dysart national school, Mullingar, County Westmeath.
