595 Mr. Penrose asked the Minister for Education and Science the position of the application by Cholaiste Cionn Torc for a new school; if a new site has been selected; the timescale involved for this school building project; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [10067/99]
Architectural planning of a new school for Coláiste Cionn Torc, Castlepollard, County Westmeath is progressing.
As part of this process my Department is evaluating the position in relation to site suitability.
Since this project is still in the early stages of the architectural planning process a time scale for this project is difficult to outline at this point.
