155 Mr. Perry asked the Minister for the Marine and Natural Resources if, further to Parliamentary Question No. 182 of January 1999, he will accept the 1998 income from farming receipts for a person (details supplied) in County Leitrim; if her 1996 and 1997 income will be in excess of 1998 figures; if he will have her grant paid out in view of the fact that the planters have received payment; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The position as set out in my reply to Parliamentary Question No. 182 of 27 January 1999 has not changed. My Department again wrote to the applicant on 12 February 1999, setting out the position in respect of the required documentation. This has not been forwarded to date. The documentation submitted by the Deputy is in respect of the year 1998, which is subsequent to the establishment of the plantation, and will not fulfil the criteria for eligibility for farmer premium.
