Written Answers. - Fodder Relief Scheme.
The person named is one of a small number of herdowners who have not been paid under the 1998 winter fodder scheme because they did not lodge an area aid application in 1998. Arrangements are being put in place to make any outstanding fodder payments as soon as possible.
