Brendan Kenneally
Ceist:140 Mr. Kenneally asked the Minister for the Environment and Local Government if he will correct the anomaly which exists whereby an urban authority cannot pay the grant available for the necessary improvement of a water supply to a dwelling to applicants who live within a borough boundary in an area which does not have a public water supply in spite of the fact that they would qualify if they were under the governance of a county council; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
